About Us

Perfect Way was founded in 1993 by Karin Schatzmann as a sole company and has delightfully become a success story. We are a smal family business and we put our attention into a person care of our clients and placed employees. 

Starting off with the recuritment of Scandinavian Au Pairs our focus has gone into the placement of Domesitc Staff and Au Pais from all over the world. Since a few years, we also place nurses into different institutions. With a lot of passion we are trying to satisfy our customers needs on a daily basis.


Karin Schatzmann, Founder of company

As a native Swede Karin Schatzmann came to Switzerland in 1981. In her more recent years Karin Schatzmann was herself an Au Pair in Canada and Brussels. She successfully graduated as a Hotel Manager in the year of 1980 in Sweden at the Sheraton Group. In Switzerland she was employed by a swiss-swedish company for more then 10 years. Her job is her hobby. She visits all the families and helps to support our clients during the time of employment. She also take care of the companies network with a lot of passion.

Manuela Schatzmann, General Manager

Manuela Schatzmann has been employed since 2009 with Perfect Way. Started out as a office admin she shortly took responsibility for the whole office. A generation change and hand over is taking place, where Manuela Schatzmann has take over the full responsiblity for the company. Looking at her CV, Manuela Schatzmann completed her commercial apprenticeship with Swiss Re in 2003, continued working for Swiss Re for 2 years after that. Then spend about 7 month in Hawaii to after that study/work in Shanghai, China from 2006 - 2009, to gain experience abroad. In 2013 she completed the certificate as Human Resources Administrator and ist currently completing the degree as a Certified HR Specialist with federal accreditation.

Claudia Haussener-Schärer, Accountant with swiss federal accreditation

Claudia Haussener-Schärer has been working for Perfect Way since 2005. After successful completion of the commercial apprenticeship she worked for several years as a smal town administrator. After a career reorientation, in 2004 she successfully completed her traning as a accountant with swiss federal accreditation. She is responsible for the full accounting within Perfect Way. Additionaly she does al lthe tax and statutorx deduction registrations for our families which have required this service.

Further we did welcome a new employee in our Time, named Tina Pettersson. She supports Manuela Schatzmann in the daily office work.
