- Registration and settlement of AHV, BVG and Quellensteuerabrechnung (TAX) for your employee (by trustee with Swiss federal accreditation)
No matter what Service you might be interested in the cooperation with Perfect Way always begins with a visit at your home. This meeting will help to define, which needs to have and what solutions we can offer you. The visit is carried out by Karin Schatzmann usually lasts one hour. We visit families everywhere, whether in Geneva or Basel, we are flexible.

Have you found an Au Pair and you would like Perfect Way to take care of the administrative work for the permit, than we can offer you following service:
(Swiss federal law says, that permit applications for Au Pairs from third countries have to be submitted by a recognized company)
- Visitation and consulation of your family at your home
- Set up and prepare of all necessary documents for the permit application
- Submition of the documents to the authorties
- Coordination with the authorities for a smooth processing
- Support and answer of questions until your Au Pair has arrived in Switzerland
- Contact partner during whole time of employment
Do you have an employee and want the administrative work for the settlement of all deductions be done by us, then we can offer following service:
(Regarding Swiss federal law, employee who work more than eigth hours per week, need to be registrated at the different institutions and the settlement has to be done)
- Registration at all social security institutions
- Obtain all needed documents
- Annual/monthly statements
