Domestic Helper:
These are women with a pedagogical educational backround as a child care worker, children's nurse, social worker or as a teacher.
The work as a Domestic Helper is wide-ranging. Bring the children to school, prepare lunch, support for the homework and organise free time activities are only some of the possible responsibilites. A Domestic Helper's main focuse is to promote the children.
Addtionally we do also recruit housekeepers. These are women with a house hold educational backround or with many year of work experience.
Philippine Au Pairs:
Theser are young women, which are willing to go for a exchange year. They are students or just gratuated from school. Most of our candidates are educated nurses.
The work for Au Pair is wide-ranging, but more as a support. Cook lunch for the children, play with them and help with the households are some of the duties, which are required.
To have a Au Pair the main focus is for the cultural exchange.

Legal regulations or important information, if you want to hire a Domestic Helper:
- Should your employee come from one of the EU17 countries (Belium,Denmark,Germany, Finland,France,Greece,Great Britain,Ireland,Italy,Luxembourg,Malta, Holland, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Spain and Cyprus), it will not be neccessary to obtain a work permit
- As soon as your employee has arrived in Switzerland, you need to go to the commune to registrate her/him, within 8 days
- Should your employee come from one of the EU8 or EU2 countries, you will need to obtain a woking permit. From June 2011, for the EU8 country members, this will not be necessary any more, since they will get the same privilege as the EU17 countries members
